The Young At Heart Senior Center has proudly served

the senior population of 

Sweetwater  County since its founding in 1978. 

The Center offers a myriad of programs

designed to bring health,

 fun, laughter and companionship

into the lives of local senior citizens.

 

All services are based on preventive concepts

designed to nurture the mind,

the body, the spirit and foster

continued good health.

    

Seniors from all walks of life enjoy
