The Young At Heart Senior Center has proudly served

the elder population of

Sweetwater County since its founding in 1978.

Seniors of all ages, races, religions and

socioeconomic status enjoy

the benefits of the center and its

services every day.

The Center offers a myriad of programs

designed to bring health,

fun, laughter and companionship

into the lives of local senior citizens.

All are based on a preventive concept

designed to nurture the mind,

body and the spirit and foster

continued good health.
