Young At Heart Senior Center in Rock Springs has donated funds to help seniors (60 and over) with PRESCRIPTION COSTS.

There is a $100.00 per calendar year limit.

You need to come in to the Center to complete

an easy application.

Income limits are per household:

$12,000.00 for one person
