Young At Heart Senior Center in Rock Springs have some donated funds to help seniors ( 60 and over ) with PRESCRIPTION COSTS .

There is a $ 100.00 per calendar year limit.

You need to come in to the center to complete

an easy application.

Income limits are per household:

$12,000.00 for one person
