The special Diets program currently runs with the

Home Delivered Meals Programs in all of Sweetwater County.

Cost per meal is $5.00

You pay $3.00 and the additional $ 2.00

is paid for with funding from

the Sweetwater County United Way.

Special Funding is available for those who qualify.

Frozen Dinners are available for evenings and week-ends.

Doctor's orders are needed to recievve a Special Diet.
