Memorial Donations

Memorial donations are typically made in memory of a deceased family member, friend, or coworker. Often, an obituary will indicate which charity the deceased's family wishes to recognize. Individuals also make memorial donations to charities they are familiar with and respect.

The YAH Senior Center responds to memorial donations by sending a card to the deceased's family acknowledging the donation. Notification will be sent to the donor acknowledging the gift has been received and notification has been sent to the deceased's family.
